Watt Power Solutions ship within United Kingdom and Internationaly. Shipping is calculated by weight basis of the order. Shipping charge is quoted on the base of your quotation request before order is accepted. We also offer customer collection option using customers own courier services if requested.

Privacy is a concern to most Internet users. Watt Power Solutions is acutely aware of, and sensitive to, the privacy concerns of our customers. We assure you that we do not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us. If you are registering to use the site you will be asked to provide certain information. We are asking for this information solely the purpose of providing the services offered and authenticating your identity when you login. Be assured that we do not sell information about our customers or site visitors to third parties.
Returns & Replacements
To return a product, please first read though the following terms and conditions. We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Watt Power Solutions. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
1. Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or refund.

2. Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or refund. We (or manufacturer of the product) test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

3. Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. For business customers all warranty repairs after 48 hours of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated).

Need to return an item? Please follow these steps:

a. Please contact admin@wattpowersolutions.com to request RMA number (Returns Merchandise Authorisation number).
b. After Approval of your return you will received by email RMA Document with alocated RMA.
c. Return the goods along with the RMA document and copy of original receipt to the address shown on the RMA document. Please, include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Watt Power Solutions accept payments via Paypal, credit/debit cards (for no additional fee), via cheque, via bank transfer. All prices are supplied via quotation send via email on the base of your quotation request. Quotation also include approximate lead time.
Viewing Quotation Requests
Quotation Requests placed online can be view on customer account online. Please login in to our website to My Account using your email and password.
Updating Account Information
Registered customers can update their account information online via My Account.
